We present the case of 63 years old female patient who was diagnosed with IG G kappa multiple myeloma in 2007. Cytogenetics investigations revealed high risk for progression of the disease (cytogenetics: 17 p deletion and t (4/14). The patient decided against active treatment. Coexistence of primary hyperparathyroidism and multiple myeloma is very rare.Case report: 45 year old Jamaican female presented with left sided chest pain for a month. CXR showed a pathological left clavicular fracture with a lytic lesion.
